A great disappointment. Andres and Sarah were super nice and helpful on our first appointment and before we signed the exclusivity agreement. After that we were totally on our own. First time selling a house without any instruction and further explanation about the whole process and the consequences of not understanding a contract. The lack of communication between them and the buyer’s realtor cause other issues too. The consequences of unprofessional realtors could be realized on the final numbers.
